We study the electronic density of states of a model amorphous metal, i.e.Dense-Random-Packing-I-far<J-Spheres spherical system coxtsisting of 1348 hardspheres, by using the recursion method. Average<i local dena;ity of states is shownfor two different magnitudes. of hopping matrix elements. It is found that thepeak positions shift towards; lower energy side, though ltalf-value width andL-point singularity are preserved compared to infinite FCC crystals.
