Electromaic structure of amorphous metallic alloy FC76P24 is calculated by usingata atomic structural model and the atomic sphere approximation to tihe I(KRmethod. Potential parameters are determined by superposing the charg<: densityof neutral atoms. The strong hybridization with Fe-3d and P-3p band is observedand the electron energy stability is attributed to the charge transfer and thehybridization.
