Induced magnetic anisotropy constant (Ku) of Li_<0.5>Fe_<2.5-x>Mn_xO_4 poly-crystals (0≦x≦0.4) was measured at room temperature. X dependence of Ku shows an abrupt change at x=0.3. When x>0.3, Ku increases more rapidly than the range of x<0.3. These properties are discussed based on the Jahn-Teller effect of Mn^<3+> ions.
