de Haas-van Alphen Oscillation in the Superconducting Mixed State of URu_2Si_2

• We have measured the rnagnetoresistarace and de Haas-van Alphen (dHvA) oscill?rtiotn ofURtrzSi3. From the results of the xnagraetoresistazace naeastrretnent, URtn3Siz is concluded tobe a cotnpensated rnet;tl with closed Feruni strr['aces. The dHvA branch, which corresponds to anearly spherical Fermi strrface, has been detected in both the normal and strpercoradtmcting mixedstates. Tlae Dingle temperattrre or the electron scattering rate is found to be strongly enhancedand the cyclotron effective mass to be correspondingly reduced in the rmixed state.
