Sirnultaneotrs measurenaent of Ton teznperattrre and electron temperattrre as well 21S correlationwith a H. line and the ion behavior are performed by using a naodified Jon sensitive probeita the boundary plasrna i?a the JFT-2llVI tokataaak. The naodified ion sensitive probe for theion ternperature measurement mottnted in the JFT-2]Vl can be used to vary the height of theelectron barrier for strppressing the electr'on ctrrrent 1.cy rennote control without bre?tking of' thevactrum. The electron temperattnre is sirntrlt;rneously treasured using the electron gtrard as aLangmuir probe while the ton ternperattrre is nne;tstrred by the ion collector of' the probe. It hasbeen confirnaed that the Ton tenaper'ature is l'nigher than tlae electron tetnperature in the tokanaakbotrndary plasnua. It has also beera fottzad that the decrease of the ion ctrrrent at the ion collectorcoincides with that of the H. litae intensity when tlae plastaaa confinement is iznproved dtrringthe divertor biasing.
