The Stokes flow due to the motion of a small particle moving perpendicularlyto the wall with a circular hole is investigated. The volume flux through the holeand the induced velocity at the particle position are obtained. It is found thatthere works in ward (outward) lateral force on a particle approaching (Raving) theplane off axis.
