A theoretical investigatio?a has been carried out of the naagmtetization M oftype-II superconductors with cubic crystal symmetry. An explicit expression forN is obtained 11881' the transitioxa temperature T. in the case where the appliedfield is slightly snaaller than the tupper critical field H... The obtained expressionfor N consists of two cubic harmonics. From coxvsideration of the free emtergy, it is showtt in a tunified manner thatthe contponents of the magnetization parallel and perpendicular to the applied fieldH. are related to the amtisotropy of the upper critical field H.. or the lower criticalfield H.. when H.--H.. or H0?H.3 irrespective of the temperature.
