The influence of the tunneling motion of NH4-ions on the proton spin-lattice relaxation time $T_{1\rho}$ in the rotating frame has been investigated in some ammonium salts with weakly hindered NH4-ions. We have observed that the minimum of $T_{1\rho}$ appears at higher temperature and the minimum value is much larger than those predicted by the classical theory of relaxation. According to the temperature dependence and $H_{1}$-dependence, we classify the anomalies of $T_{1\rho}$ into three types. An interpretation using a simple model is given. $T_{1}$ and $T_{1\text{D}}$ (relaxation time in the ADRF state) have been also measured between 300 K and 4 K for comparison.
