The su(2) linear system, which depends on powers of spectral parameter, is shown to be Darboux covariant. By setting Darboux invariants to be constant, we derive Darboux covariant soliton equations associated with the su(2) linear system, such as families of the cubic nonlinear Schrodinger equation, the isotropic Heisenberg equation and new coupled nonlinear equations.
