On the Relation between the Separable Potential Model and the N/D Method

It is pointed out that if the channel-independent form factor for the separable potential matrix is introduced as an appropriate analytic function of the invariant mass energy in the cut plane the coupled partial wave Lippmann-Schwinger equations immediately give the ND^<-1> type solution in the simple form on the energy shell.
