The inhomogeneous integral equations of Muskhelishvili-Omnes type are considered to describe the problem of final-state interaction model in both single- and multi-channel situations. A new method is proposed for solving the equations by using the N/D method and effective range theory for the rescattering two-particle subsystem in the final state. A numerical calculation with the use of the method related to the multi-channel effective range theory has been performed to explain the pion-momentum distribution of the reaction K^-+^4He→π^-+Λ+^3He.
