Following a previous paper, we further show a validity of the total quark number conservation, the Δn_t=0 rule, for D meson decays. The rule gives a reasonable understanding of the experimental results on kaon inclusive decays of D meson, and predicts a larger kaon multiplicity per B meson decay compared with the free quark decay model. Relevant results are also given.
