On the Nonleptonic Decay of Hadron and the Total Quark Number Conservation

• A detailed argument is given on the selection rule-total quark number conservation-which has earlier been proposed on the nonleptonic decay of hadron. We show that the selection rule provides a reasonable undertstanding for the ΔI=1/2 rule of the decay of usual strangee particles and for the larger decay rate of nonleptonic decay of D^0 than that of D^c. We also give other interesting sum rules and related discussion.
