Following a previous paper, implications of the quartet models are studied by putting an emphasis on possible tests of basic assumptions made in the ordinary hadron physics. Concept of universal spurion in mass operator is extended to the case of SU(4) symmetry. Quantitative arguments are given for checking the universal form of semi-leptonic current and also of effective interaction of non-leptonic processes. Enhancement of a 15 non-leptonic interaction together with a similarity law is shown to give useful sum rules for super hadron decays.
