Using a Tyablikov decoupling scheme, the two spin Green function and correlation function are computed from the closed of equation of motion. A few approximation schemes are proposed to solve the equation. Using, among them, the lowest order approximation equivalent to the spin wave theory in this paper, the order parameter <S^z(T)>, the perpendicular component of a nuclear magnetic susceptibility χ_⊥(T), the NMR frequency Ω(T) and the Neel temperature T_N are determined numerically as well as the spin wave excitation spectrum and the critical magnetic field toward the pseudo-ferromagnetic state at T=0 for the up up down down (UUDD) antiferromagnetic state.
