A zero-temperature magnetic susceptibility of a localized spin antiferromagnetically exchange-coupled with the conduction electrons is calculated on the basis of the model in which a singlet bound state is formed between the localized spin and the conduction electrons. The obtained susceptibility is given by μ_<B^2>/|E^^~| where E^^~ denotes the binding energy. It is shown that this result holds in any stage of approximation.
