A new estimate of the transition temperature T. of the superfluidity is made fromthe attractive interactions intermediated by the Bogoliubov phonon between two 'He'I ' h b k d fhd d d f'H ' hpartuc es 111 t e ac groun o t e Bose con ense groun state o e, usung t epseudopotential between helium particles and the magnitude of the correlation lengthof 'He. The precursors both in the proximity effect of superfluid 'He to the solutionand the diffusion coefficient of the two-dimensional 'He-'He film are shown to havethe divergence of the type of the inverse of T - T. as the temperature T approaches T.from the above, as in the Curie-Weiss law of the magnetic susceptibility.
