A phase transition is discussed for the TDGL model under periodic temperature. It is found to become first order and the critical temperature is shown to be lowered. Namely, a discontinuous change in the average order parameter is predicted to occur as the average temperature is decreased (or increased) with a fixed size of the temperature is made to oscillate by some external forces such as periodic pressure or periodic magnetic field.
