Steady states with heat flow are considered near critical points. The corresponding steady state distributions are obtained in a simple form for a general spatial dimensionality d for dynamic models where there is no critical renormalization of the thermal conductivity. Fluctuation effects and a surface transion are discussed in the presence of temperature gradient.
