Low and high energy behavior of H-type (s-t dual) urbaryon rearrangement amplitude is investigated under the assumption that the amplitude is saturated by prominent resonances which obey generalized Ogawa's rule (√<l(l+1)>/k〜1×10^<-13> cm). Two cases of resonance correlation, i.e., correlation with the same sign and one with opposite sign, lead to two kinds of pattern of zeros of scattering amplitudes at low energies. Asymptotically, these zeros tend to Bessel-function-type zeros as energy increases. The results are compared with low energy differential cross sections and polarizations.
