Change of the s-dependence from the Regge-resonance dual form to the fixed angle scaling form is predicted to occur at the energy s^^- (θ). A rather small energy s^^- is suggested as the transition point, which seems to be supported by the existing experimental data. The value of s^^- is expected to become smaller for larger Q^2 in exclusive lepton-hadron reactions.
