Large corrugations have appeared in amorphous As2S3 films, which were deposited on silicone grease, upon exposure to a linearly polarized cw laser beam (2.3 eV, 40 mW). The corrugation, with a periodicity of 20--30 μm, is orthogonal to the electric field of the light, and the height reaches ${\sim}5$ μm after illumination for 1 h. Deformation characteristics in varied exposure conditions and sample shapes suggest that the corrugation arises from wrinkling induced by film elongation, orthogonal to the electric field, which is produced by light pressure and photoinduced fluidity.
