The present paper is the supplement of my previous work which has been reported on the microbiology in the spoilage 1, and embodies my observations on the appearance of the growth of the bacteria isolated on the surface of "kamaboko" which does not contain sugars. It is presumed that the "kamaboko" is spoiled principally by the action of bacteria originated from dusts in air, and that when it is kept in the air which has considerably higher amount of moisture the spoilage takes place principally by the action of spore forming bacilli.
