Six new Securinega alkaloids (1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 10) together with four known ones were isolated from the twigs and leaves of Flueggea leucopyra. The structures of new compounds were established on the basis of the spectroscopic methods including UV, IR, HR-electrospray ionization (ESI)-MS, 1D and 2D NMR, and the absolute configurations of these new alkaloids were assigned by the modified Moshers method and the circular dichroism (CD) spectra.
