保育者の絵本選択の理由と経験年数との関連に関する研究

This study is examined about the nursery school teachers' and the university students' recognition when they select picture books for children. Investigation objects are 30 university students in Hiroshima who do not relate with child care and 30 nursery teachers in Hiroshima. As the procedure of the investigation ;the investigator presents 5 picture books, the object person selects the picture book which is consciously read to apply the imagination of the 5 years child, and the investigator questions the object person why they selected the picture book. As the result of the investigation, the nursery teachers and the university students selected the same picture book and there was no big difference. However, a remarkable difference was seen by whether they have experience of child care or not, and at years of experience. The nursery teachers who have taken care of children for 1-5 years enumerated the reason such as "It is not realistic", and is similar to the university student who did not have the child care experience. However, the longer the nursery have taken care of children, the more the nursery teachers think about children's growth and select a suitable picture book for the child's growth. The nursery teachers, who have take care of children for 6-1 1 years, suggest that they think about children's growth and select a suitable picture book for the child's growth, describing "the child can think, and I also think together". The nursery teachers, who have take care of children for 12-15 years, suggest that they think about the content of the picture book closely and select a suitable one, describing "There is a scene that can be thought and imagined in the picture book". The nursery teachers, who have taken care of children for 16-35 years, suggest that they select a suitable one for their aim of the child care, describing "what I want the children to become".
