概要

• α-Spinasterol, α-spinasteryl β-D-glucoside, and betulin were isolated from platycodon roots. Gas chromatographic examination of α-spinasterol revealed the contamination with A7-stigmastenol. Hydrolysis of α-spinasteryl β-D-glucoside was examined.
