韓国の2か所のブロイラー生産農場におけるpersistent Salmonella Enteritidis株の特徴(公衆衛生学)

韓国の2か所のブロイラー生産農場におけるpersistent S. Enteritidis株の表現型と遺伝子型の特徴を主として疫学的に調査した.virulence geneの分布においてSalmonella enterotoxin (tsn),invading host cell (invA)およびSalmonella plasmid virulence (spvC) geneは農場に関係なくS. Enteritidisのあいだに広く分布しており,Salmonella fimbria (sefC)とplasmid encoded fimbrial (ref) geneはS.Enteritidisのそれぞれ20と28株に存在した.合計5種の異なるXbaI-PFGE typeは31のS. Enteritidis分離株から得られた.21typeがPFGE pattem,phage type,抗菌剤抵抗性に基づいて分けられた.表現型と遺伝子型の有意な相違が2か所のブロイラー生産農場間でみられた.すべての抗菌剤に感受性を持つ8分離株とナリジク酸耐性株の11株はXbaI-PFGE patternとphage typeによって部分的に分類された.
