The analysis of the optic nerve head (ONH) on retinal fundus is an important way for early detection of glaucoma. It could be not accurate for diagnosis of glaucoma using a photograph of retinal image to grasp 3D structure of an ONH. In this study, an automatic reconstruction method for the 3D structure of the ONH from stereo retinal images was proposed. Moreover, we attempted automatic extraction of the cup region of the ONH witch is very important for diagnosis of glaucoma.
