A provocation test was conducted with volunteers in 10 cases with seasonal cedar pollinosis during a quiesent stage to determine quantitatively the therapeutic effect of 0.08% Ketotifen^<(R)> eye drops. The efficacy rate of this preparation was found to be 80%.
