概要
- 論文の詳細を見る
Thermally addressed liquid crystal displays are prepared using polymer dispersed liquid crystal films which have highly transparent memory states. Thermal images can be written in positive and negative modes using an yttrium-aluminum-garnet laser beam, and local erasure and rewriting are possible in both modes. A thermal printer head can also be used to write.
