An electron-gamma angular correlation apparatus was constructed with a Si(Li) detector for electrons and a NaI(T1) detector for gamma rays. Its design and operation are described. The performance was tested with the 1.064 MeV and 0.570 MeV cascade in ^<207>Pb following the decay of ^<207>Bi. The agreement between the test experiment and theory is satisfactory.
