The reaction F^<19>(p, γ)Ne^<20> was studied for proton energies from 550 to 1500 keV. The 1322 keV resonance reported previously was not observed. The angular distributions of the gamma rays from Ne^<20> compound states corresponding to the E_p=669 and 1425 keV resonances to the first excited state were found to the isotropic within 2% in both cases. The angular distribution of the gamma ray to the first excited state of Ne^<20> at E_p=1090 keV was found to be W(θ) = (1±0.028)+(0.363±0.051)P_2(cos θ)-(0.019±0.069)P_4(cos θ). From this result the spin and parity of the 13.91 MeY state of Ne^<20> was determined to be 2^-.
