概要
- 論文の詳細を見る
Goosefish angiotensin produced by incubation of the kidney extract with homologous plasma, was purified. The structure was identified as Asn^1-Val^5-His^9-angiotensin (I) decapeptide by amino acid composition and fluorescent peptide mapping technique.
