A CDMA/FM IF IC is implemented using 0.8 μm 2-metal 2-poly CMOS process. This IC integrates both CDMA and FM IF signal processing functions required for dualmode cellular phone. Rx and Tx frequencies are 85.38 MHz and 130.38 MHz, respectively. The chip size is 5.5x 6.3mm^2 and the maximum power consumption is 150 mW at 3.3 V.
