In the high frequency measurements, Rogowski coil's distributed resistance, capacitance and inductance cause the resonance of the measuring circuit, which limited the measuring bandwidth. In this article, a new method based on 3D electrical field model is presented which can provide more accurate frequency characteristics. At the same time, high-precision full wave SPICE model is also obtained, which is very useful for the performance improvement of Rogowski coil based sensor system.
