A novel, simple NAD^+ recycling system in an organic solvent is described. Alcohol dehydrogenase and NAD^+ adsorbed on a semiconductor, TiO_2,catalyzed dehydrogenation of cinnamyl alcohol through photocatalytic regeneration of NAD^+. The merit of this system in an organic solvent is discussed.
