ORS-01 Design of the Optical Path for Small Form Factor Optical Disk Drive

An optical path for small form factor optical (SFFO) disk drives for the mobile devices is designed. The optical path includes a high NA objective lens (OL), a micro compensatory lens (MCL), and three mirrors. The tolerance of the designed optical path is analyzed by using Monte-Carlo simulation method. And, MCL is fabricated by micro molding process.
