Glioblastoma Following Radiotherapy in a Patient with Tuberous Sclerosis : Case Report

結節性硬化症に伴うsubependymal giant cell astrocytomaに対する放射線治療施行後にglioblastomaの発生した一例を報告し、併せて文献的考察を行った。症例は26歳の男性で、18歳時に右側脳室モンロー孔部のsubependymal giant cell astrocytoma増大に起因する急性水頭症が発生した。手術により部分摘出し、後療法として放射線治療を施行した。8年後右側頭葉にglioblastomaが発生した。腫瘍発生部位、病理組織学的検索、潜伏期間、基礎疾患を考慮すると、放射線誘発のglioblastomaが発生した可能性が示唆された。結節性硬化症に伴うsubependymal giant cell astrocytomaは良性の経過をとることが多く、放射線治療の適応には注意を要すると考えられた。
