Angiotensin-converting Enzyme Inhibitor Cilazapril Suppresses Expression of Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Messenger Ribonucleic Acid and Protein in Endothelial and Intimal Smooth Muscle Cells in a Vascular Injury Model of Spontaneous Hypertensive Rats

• 内皮細胞剥離損傷モデルにおけるbFGF遺伝子及び蛋白の発現とACE阻害剤cilazapril投与の関係を高血圧性ラットを用いて調べた。bFGF発現を通した新生内膜形成に対するcilazaprilの効果を増強するために、renin-angiotensin systemの組織発現が増加している高血圧性ラットを用いた。血管損傷は、左頚動脈にバルーンカテーテルを用いて行い作成し、2週間後に評価した。Sham群では、内皮細胞にのみbFGF遺伝子及び蛋白の発現がみられた。vehicle群では、内皮細胞及び新生内膜の平滑筋細胞にbFGF遺伝子及び蛋白の発現が見られた。cilazapril投与群では、内皮細胞及び新生内膜の平滑筋細胞のbFGF遺伝子及び蛋白の発現は共に抑制された。
