We investigate low-energy properties of' txvo-ditnensional qtuanttnna spiua systems xvith the ladderand plaqtrette structures, xvhich are described by a getteralized antiferrornagnetic Heisenbergmodel xvuth both of the bond and spin alternations. By exploiting a non-linear o tnodel techniqtteand a rnodified spin xvave approach, we evaltuate the spin gap and tlae spontaneous naagnetizationto disctrss the qtranttrraa plaase transition betxx'eera the ordered and disordered states, We 2lIgLl6hoxv tlae spin-gapped plaase is drixzen to tlae ;rntif'erroraaargraetic phase in Clue pltase diagrarn.
