The effects of band warping on the streaming motion of carriers, particularly onthe bunching behaviour in momentum space, under crossed intense microwave andstatic magnetic fields, are examined. Numerical analyses are carried out for heavyholes in germanium, for which the experimental evidences on the carrier bunchinghave been obtained, in two representative arrangements of the filds. The generalfeatures of the results are similar to each other and to those in the spherical band case.The bunching behaviour with rapid convergence is found in the intermediatemagnetic field range.
