The condttctivity and Hall coefficient f'or variotrs t.y'pes of t-J ladders are czrlctrlated as a f'trnctionof tetaaperatttre and frequency by ntrtaaerical diagonalization. A crossover frona incoherent tocoherent claarge dynarnics is fotrnd at a tettaperattrre T..n.. There exists another crossover atlp(; below xvhich a pseudogap opens in the optical spectra, indtrced by the opening of' 21 spingap. In the alcsence of the spin gap, T..j. atnd {,he coherent xveight are suppressed especially xvithincreasing dinaensionality. On the contrary, T..3 is st,rongly enhatnced by the pseudogap fortaaationbeloxv 'Z'PG, whereas the coherent Drtrde weiglat decrearses xvith increasing dintaensionality. TheHall coefficient shoxvs a strong crossover at 'Z"PG beloxv which it has large anaplittrde ['or $1112111doping concentration.
