Cu NMR Study of Th-Doped Nd_2CuO_<4-y>and Pr_2CuO_<4-y>

Cu NMR signals have been observed in superconducting Nd...,Th..,CuO. ,Pr....Th....Cu0. ,and the parent compound,Nd.CuO. ,. In Nd.Cu0. , the antifer-romagnetic ordering appears at low temperatures. 'the related zero-field NMR of Cuwas observed around 109-130 MHz. From the analysis of the spectrum, the internalfield at Cu is estimated as 103 k0e and the electric quadrupole interaction as v.14.0 MHz for "Cu and v = 12.9 MHz for "Cu. In the superconducting (Nd, Pr)...,Th....Cu0. , two kinds of Cu signals were observed. One was a broad signaldistributed around 20-70 MHz under zero external magnetic field. The other was aparamagnetic signal having an extremely small electric field gradient.
