概要
- 論文の詳細を見る
We have measured the Hall resistivity p. of CuFe alloys with concentrations c from0.1 to 1.5 at% Feat4.2Kinmagneticfields#upto l0k0e. For?c<0.5 at% Fep,zex-hibits an ordinary Hall effect only, while for c>0.7 at% Fe an anomalous Hall effectis observed. We attribute the origin of the anomalous Hall effect to the presence ofclusters of Fe atoms.
