On the Soliton Dynamics of the Easy-Plane Antiferromagnetic Chain

Soliton contributions to dynamical structttre factors of the easy-plane anti-ferromagnetic chain in a symmetry breaking magnetic field are studied in thesine-Gordon approximation. By considering deviation from perfect antiparallelalignment of neighboring spins, it is shown that low-frequency peaks due to solitonsappear around the ferromagnetic Bragg point. They may be observable by theneutron scattering experiment on TMMC.
