Magnetic Properties in the Mixed State of Ferromagnetic Superconductors

The lower and the upper critical fields H.. and H.., and the slope of magnetiza-tion at I-I.., (8M/8H).., are calculated in ferromagnetic supcrconductors. Thetheory takes account of the electromagnetic and 'the s-f exchange interactionsbetween conduction electrons and localized f-electrons. When temperaturedecreases, (8M/8H).. in the mixed state increases and diverges at a certain tem-perature. This indicates that below this temperature, the trar?sition at H.. is ofa first order. Near the spin ordering temperature, H.. decreases more rapidlythan H., with decreasing temperature. The theoretical results are compared withexperimental results in single crystals ErRh.B. in detail.
