Magnetization process in the mixed state of ferromagnetic superconductorsis theoretically studied. By taking into account the electromagnetic and the s-fexchange interactions between conduction electrons and localized magneticmoments, the Ginzburg-Landau free energy is obtained. The polarization oflocalized magnetic moments depresses the stability of mixed state and causes aconvex curvature in the magnetization versus magnetic field curve near the uppercritical field II.. above the ferromagnetic transition temperature. This curvaturebecomes larger with decreasing temperature, and the magnetization jump occursat low temperatures. The characteristic features of magnetization process are ingood agreement with those experimentally obtained by Crabtree et at. in singlecrystals of E1'Rll4B4.
