Resistivity (/)), Hall coefficient (71?.) and transverse magnetoresista.nce (tMR)of C.K(lst) and C...K(V-th stage, N=2, 3 and 4) at temperatures ol' 1.2 to 300K have been investigated in connection with the study of the Ferrni surfaces(Part [). Resistivities in the N>2 stage compounds show some anomalies whichare associated with the order-disorder phase transitions. In CgK, p has a tempera-lure derendence of a-I-bT-FcT'. The temrerature derendence of 7?n indicatesthe one-electron conduction for the N>2 compounds and the two-carriers onefor C.K. The tMR of each compound is represented by a linear j'unction ofmagnetic field at about 4 to 15 T. The angular dependence of tMR irtdicates thccylindrical Fermi surface in a whole. The charge transfer rate from potassiumto the graphite band is evaluated as 0.1 to 0.4 electron per atom fo?' the lst to4th stage compounds.
