Mirror-Torus-System-1 (racetrack form) consists of two straight mirrors con-nected by &-bend with four divertors in order to obtain the equilibrium plasma. The plasma in a D-bend is detouched from the wall for the divertor corxfiuurationand comacentrates on the magnetic axis. A depolarization current re<lucing theelectric field by the toroidal drift is experimentally measured. The dep<>larizationcurrent flowinu alons the azimuthal direction is considered to be co?nposed oftwo kinds of motions of electrons i,rx a field free area in the divertor. 'One is thenon-adiabatic motion and the other is B >< VB drift motion. The meastared valuein U-bend, 8.7 7A/mm", for the current flowing along the line of force passingthe neutral line agrees with the calculated one based on the single partjcJe model.
