Two-time correlation ftunction of the tinte-dependent ideal random function isobtained as exp [ -co:(t, -t.)'/23 where oc. is determined by means of a functionwhich governs the time development of the ideal random function. The resultcompares well with the width of the frequency spectrum of the pseudo-threedimensional electrostatic plasma turbulence in a uniform, loss-less, magnetizedplasma, and also with a numerical simulation for a plasma diffusion norntallyacross a magnetic field
